I will give you the tools you need to effectively train for your or your goals. To succeed, you need to periodize your training and work with several skills in parallel which makes you a stronger and more enduring athlete.
Your training schedule is in blocks of 4 weeks where the training is periodized and adjusted based on where you are in your season. After each block the training is adjusted based on your progress and you get a new detailed training schedule. Before each week, I go through your training and give you feedback!
It includes a web service to manage your training planning, Training Peaks, which is a web-based training diary where I will post your training. Your completed workouts will automatically be transferred to your training diary if you use a sport watch.
