If you have great goals with your training and competition independent level, it is important to work structured and purposefully based on a well thought out planning.

I will be able to give you the tools you need to work effectively against your or your goals. In order to succeed, you need to periodize your training and work with several skills in parallel, which also gives you a more stable platform.

I work with endurance athletes in running, cycling, triathlon and cross-country skiing.
